The Earth is Round

Yes. And so is my life. Spherical. Fat and round and spherical.

Spherical has got to be my favourite word at the moment in my life.

Yoghurt is fascinating. My favourite thing in the world is sugarcane paper.

I'm tired.

Sleep is incredibly important. After a bad sleep, your T-cell levels drop by a quarter. That's horrendous ! Because your T-cells heal infected cells and fight diseases and infections like cancer.

I read that today.
